A Germany University Technische Universitat Kaiserslautern has donated IT equipments to facilitate education at Umutara Polytechnic University located in Nyagatare District.
The equipment were provided February 20, following negotiations conducted in 2012 when Umutara polytechnic administrators revealed to Germany University that they were lacking equipment in the Department of Information Technology.
The rector of Umutara Polytechnic Dr. Gashumba James has said those equipment will boost the quality of Education that Umutara offers to its students.
Technische Universitat Kaiserslautern was represented by Dr Jochen Foth and Prof. Lucas Gooben.
