{{About 99 students from the faculty of science in the department of geography at the national University of Rwanda are on a three days study tour around the country.}}

Their journey will take them to three different locations.

Their first visit was today at One Stop Center in Kigali then they will immediately proceed to Eastern province where they will visit the Akagera National park.

From there they will come back to Kigali to visit some corners of the city then go on to Gicumbi.

Siegfried Musangwa, the lecturer in the department of geography at the national university of Rwanda who was accompanying the students told IGIHE that these students are in their first year and that when they reach the third year they will continue their studies either in environmental planning or urban and regional planning. “

This study tour is intended to give students more information about these two options so that when they reach their third year, they will have information on what they want to specialize in their studies.
