Poor performing schools will not be shut down-the Rwanda Education Board has said.
FARG Fund recently cut ties with some schools citing poor performance. Students being funded by FARG were thus removed from the said schools.

REB will examine performance of schools to comply with what they have been asked to fulfill.
FARG said the decision to terminate partnership with schools followed numerous complaints from students about the quality of education, feeding, and lack of scholastic materials among other facilities despite the fact that FARG has paid all the school dues.
REB said FARG has right to relocate students in an institution that it wants as soon as it pays school fees for them.
