FARG Terminates Partnership with 3 Schools

The Rwanda Fund for Assistance to Survivors of Genocide (FARG) has delisted 3 secondary schools as its partners in education for not having enough teachers while FARG pays tuition fees for students in these schools.

The Schools include; Muhazi College in Rwamagana District, ESECOM Musange in Nyamagabe District and APERWA in District Gasabo.

FARG fears that the private schools do not provide a quality education.
These institutions therefore will not sign the partnership with FARG because of the low quality of education.

The 566 students who attended these schools will be redirected to other schools, said Ruberangeyo, leader of FARG who added that the fact that they will be redirected to other schools does not mean they will repeat the year but teachers give their courses to upgrade them.
