The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) will deliver its judgment on 4th February, 2013 in the trial of two former ministers.
The Two are former Minister of Trade Mugenzi and Prosper Mugiraneza of the Labour.
Both Ministers are suspected to have a role in 1994 Genocide against Tutsi.
September 30, 2011, they were sentenced to 30 years in prison each after being convicted of genocide.
However, at the appeal hearing in early October, Mugenzi and Mugiraneza had again proclaimed their innocence and requested the release.
