The incident took place around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday 3rd April 2022 when the deceased was stabbed on the head and jaws.
Speaking to IGIHE, the executive secretary of Nyamiyaga Sector, Jean Damascene Mudahemuka has confirmed his death.
“The incident occurred on Sunday around 2:00 a.m. He was a security guard at a business center where thieves took advantage of the absence of his colleague and stabbed him to death,” he said.
Two suspects connected to his death have been arrested for further legal process.
