IGIHE has learnt that the incident took place around 2:40 am on 9th January 2021 when police on patrol in Dusenyi village, Kagugu cell, Kinyinya sector of Gasabo district met two people carrying a 32 inches television of SONY brand.
These thieves include Nsengiyumva Alexis, 31, with identifications issued in Bugesera district while his fellow had no identifications.
Relevant institutions arrived to the scene and started investigations into the case.
Police always advises people not to confront police officers on duty to avoid unnecessary risks.
