At the Annual General Meeting held virtually on Monday, June 29, it was decided that each shareholder will be paid Rwf 3.72 per share.

The Annual General Meeting approved the Director-General of the National Security Board, RSSB, Regis Rugemanshuro as a member of the CTL Board of Directors, replacing Richard Tusabe.
