COVID-19: Rwanda records 26 new cases

The latest update was obtained from 3,252 sample tests.

The week recorded one of the highest numbers the country has ever recorded since March 14 when the COVID-19 case was confirmed.

The total confirmed cases are 728, with 367 active cases and 359 recoveries, including 2 on Sunday.

Two deaths have been recorded since the beginning of the outbreak.

As per the statement of the Ministry of Health on Sunday, new cases are driven by the Rusizi & Rusumo clusters.
