Organized by Junior Chamber International Rwanda (Jci Rwanda), the workshop took place on Saturday 12th, October 2019.
It brought together 25 youth from Cameroon, Guinea, Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Niger, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, South Africa, Madagascar, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda.
The Belgium trainer, Peter Anckaert, shared insights into attributes of a good corporate leader and manager in complementing company or organization growth and in how do we deal with the change or implement change.
In 2016, Peter served as Jci Vice President assigned to the national Jci organizations of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and Sweden. He was also the National President of Jci Belgium in 2014.
