Kagame made the surprise yesterday at 1:15pm where he stayed for 15 minutes greeting the crowd that was excited to see him unexpectedly.
The president often surprises citizens stopping in different centers to greet them. He did it previously during the citizen outreach program in Northern and Western Province where he stopped in Musanze to greet residents.
Such moments leaves great memories to citizens who interact with President Kagame face to face and have a chance to shake hands with him.
