The delegation made up of six people was welcomed by the Director General of Defence Policy and Strategy at the Ministry of Defence, Maj Gen Ferdinand Safari yesterday.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged on the prevailing regional security situation and the status of the Defence Cooperation between the two countries.
The relations between the Ministry of Defence of Rwanda and the Ministry of National Defence of the People’s Republic of China have been cemented by exchange of visits by Senior Officials, where bilateral, regional and international issues have been exchanged and discussed.
