Gasabo district emerges best in performance contracts

{Gasabo district in Kigali city has become the best district in performance contracts (imihigo) jumping from 28th place in 2014 and 6th in 2015 respectively. }

The Prime Minister, Anastase Murekezi has said that some leaders neglect their duties and urged such leaders to either improve or resign.
