{Egypt’s Ambassador to Rwanda Dr. Namira Negm has accompanied the Egyptian U20 national football team on their last day of their visit to Rwanda to visit the Genocide memorial and lay a wreath for the victims of the 1994 genocide.}
Head of the Egyptian delegation, Eng. Ahmed Megahed, penned words of condolences for the victims of the genocide in the official book of condolence, and laid a wreath on behalf of the Egyptian Football Federation and the U20 national team. Eng. Megahed thanked Rwandans for their hospitality during their stay in Rwanda, and thanked members of the Egyptian Embassy in Rwanda, especially Ambassador Namira Negm.
The visit to the memorial on May 23rd ,2016 concluded the national team’s visit to Rwanda.
