Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) has extended tax collection schedule following realized connection problems during the last days of tax declaration and payments. The extended deadline would have ended yesterday on 31st March, 2016 but in statement released by RRA yesterday, the deadline is extended to April 6th 2016.
The statement reads that such changes regard only people who pay interest rates, house rent, tax on immovable wealth and the patent of the year 2016.
Tax payers are given a period of three months to declare and pay all taxes.
