MIGEPROF PS calls for concerted efforts on street children plight

{The newly appointed permanent secretary in the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion, Ms Kamanzi Jacqueline, has requested Rwandans to combine efforts in addressing challenges affecting Rwandans community including effective handling of street children issues.}

Kamanzi was appointed permanent secretary of MIGEPROF last week replacing Umulisa Henriette who is now assigned new duties in the National Demobilization and Reintegration Commission.

Kamanzi requested Rwandans to work together in solving own problems rooted on the history of the country.

“Rwandan community is faced with problems related to history including colonialism and bad leadership. It is therefore now that we should join efforts together to change the situation since it can’t be addressed without collaboration between people at different levels,” she said.

The permanent secretary requested the newly appointed colleagues in MGEPROF to be committed towards producing best results.

“Being a permanent secretary in a ministry requires sacrifice but I hope you will demonstrate a good performance,” she said.
