Kagame, Ban Ki Moon hold talks on Burundi crisis

{President Paul Kagame last Saturday held talks with the UN General Secretary, Ban Ki Moon, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in a discussion that hinged on addressing the Burundi crisis.}

Sources privy to the discussions have revealed that throughout their talks, Ban Ki Moon expressed concern over the severe and deepening crisis which, both parties agreed, might have negative impact in the region if not addressed well in time.

Ban Ki moon has also commended Rwanda for moving fast in implementing strategies that are meant to address climate change resilience and move towards attaining the Sustainable Development Goals.
