President Paul Kagame is attending the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
The minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Amb. Gatete Claver is among delegates who accompanied president Kagame in the forum, others being the Minister of Natural Ressources, Dr Vincent Biruta, the CEO of Rwanda Development Board, Francis Gatare and the Minister of Infrastructure, James Musoni.
Minister Gatete said that the forum will provide an opportunity for Rwanda to demonstrate its economic performance and stability.
He said at that the Davos forum gathering world’s prominent people in economic management, Rwanda will showcase her economic achievements and interest investors to bring their money in the country.
The forum will as well address some sophisticated challenges including; security issues, climate change and global economic performance.
Over 2,500 individuals from various businesses, governments, international non-governmental organizations and universities are expected to attend the forum.
