{Seven Prison guards from Rwanda Correctional Service (RCS) in United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) peacekeeping mission have been decorated with medals along with other prison guards from various countries.}
Decoration ceremonies were held last week in Bangui, Central African Republic.
The vice representative of UN, CAR minister of internal security, representatives from countries who received medals and the head of MINUSCA, among others attended the ceremony.
In September 2015, it was decided that MINUSCA must be comprised of over 12,000 military troops including 20 prison guards.
