{Twenty employees of coffee shops, hotels and restaurants have benefited from coffee high cooking techniques in a training organized by Rwanda Farmers Coffee (RFCC), known for producing qualified coffee (Gorillas Coffee) in collaboration with National Agriculture Export Development Board (NAEB) to boost the value of Rwandan coffee.}
Trainees from various regions across the country have been trained to test good coffee, stocking procedures and preparations using machines.
Eric Rukwaya ,the sales and marketing manager at RFCC unveiled that RFCC is meant to increase the value of coffee and productivity adding that the training aims at equipping beneficiaries with good preparation of coffee to deliver a highly processed product of which many consumers are foreigners.
Gahenda Jean Babptiste owning a coffee shop in Eastern Province argues that offered trainings will enhance his professionalism and capacitate him to serve a highly prepared coffee.
This second edition of RFCC trainings in 2015 was held on Friday 21st November, 2015.
