Rulindo: Women commit to educate fellows on ‘Women protection law’

{Rulindo women have demonstrated willingness to educate their fellows ‘Women protection law’ after trainings on their rights.}

Beneficiaries of the training attest that lack of awareness on their protection law going in connection with self restriction to reveal violence exerted on them hold traces of human rights abuse in households.

It was unveiled yesterday on 10th November ,2015 during the launch of three days training on women rights organized by Young Women’ Christian Association(WYCA).
Christophe Sengoga, a legal researcher requested participants to report human rights abuse on time to get legal assistance.

Beneficiaries of trainings have demonstrated willingness to educate their fellows on various women protection laws.

Nyiransezera Vestine, representative of women in Kisaro sector of Rulindo district argued that she is ready to share with her fellows outcomes of the training to the extent that every woman will have an increased knowledge of women protection law.

The trainings are organized by YWCA on partnership of UK-based organization that works to help people who are extremely poor and suffering( OXFAM).It gathered local leaders and women representatives from Rulindo, Musanze, Gicumbi and Muhanga districts to give details on national and international women protection laws.
