PL has written an official Letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with detail on how Mitali has embezzled Rwf 50 Million from the Party, of which he was the President.
On 23rd March 2015, MINAFFET summoned him to come and give clarifications on that issue but he preferred to flee to unknown European country.
