German tourist dies in Namibia’s Sesriem Canyon

The Namibian Police Force identified the deceased as Sven Thomas.

“It is alleged that the deceased complained of chest pain and went under a tree to rest, where he succumbed,” the report said.

According to the report, the next of kin have been informed, and a police investigation is underway.
