{Reem Ebrahim Al Hashimi, the Minister of State in the Cabinet of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), was in Rwanda Yesterday for a one-day official visit. }
She was accompanied by a delegation of almost twenty high-level officials from different UAE institutions.
‘The visit marks a first step in the building of a strong partnership between the two countries’, a statement from the foreign ministry reads.
This comes after President Paul Kagame visited Dubai to attend the 2nd Africa Global Business Forum on October 1-2, 2014.
