The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has discussed Trade partnership with President Paul Kagame of Rwanda during an encounter that took place last week in Switzerland where both attended the World Economic Forum.
As part of the trip Prime Minister of Kazakhstan met with the heads of a number of states, international organizations and major foreign companies, IGIHE has learned from a statement published on the Kazakhstan Prime Minister’s official website.
In particular, Karim Massimov met with the President of the Rwandan Republic Paul Kagame to discuss issues of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries, the statement says.
During the meeting, Massimov expressed Kazakhstan’s readiness to cooperate closely with African countries in the UN and other international organizations.
Statistics shows that by November 2014 revenues of Kazakhstan Exports stood at 5484.60 USD Million while imports were 3428.20 USD Million in the same period.
Imports in Kazakhstan decreased to 3428.20 USD Million in November of 2014 from 3756.70 USD Million in October of 2014. Imports in Kazakhstan averaged 1910.35 USD Million from 1998 until 2014, reaching an all time high of 4587.30 USD Million in December of 2013 and a record low of 252.60 USD Million in June of 1999.
