{About 80 Rwandans have returned to Rwanda after several years living in the forests of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
}

A group of 80 Rwandans who are four men, 25 women and 51 children were received in Nyagatare transit camp on 25th November 2014.
Fayira Thelesphore, one of the returnees has said that it is difficult for men to come back because they are all under the FDLR control which prevent them to return.
The old man added that FDLR has created fear among refugees by telling them that those who have returned to Rwanda will face problems at the time the rebel group will seize the power in Rwanda.
This is one of the major reasons which prevent them from returning home but, added Fayira, those who fail to leave FDLR are ignorant because it is obvious what FDLR tells them are utterly bogus and inaccurate.
Leaders of the FDLR also said that those who have returned are betrayers so that they will be killed when the FDLR take hold of Rwanda.
The men who have returned confirmed that they left fear behind and decide to return home.
They are currently sheltered in Nyagatare transit camp in Rusizi District waiting to join their respective families.
