Tour du Rwanda: Moroccan Mraouni wins the 4th stage

{Salah Eddine Mraouni from the Kingdom of Morocco has wined the fourth stage of the Tour du Rwanda, run over 138.8 kilometers between Muhanga and Rubavu on Thursday.}
