{Two people on bicycle were seriously injured during an accident that involved a lorry and a Toyota Land cruiser on Kigali-Kamonyi road specifically in the area called “Gaperi”.}
The accident happened on Sunday night when a lorry driver failed to successfully bypass the Prado and hit two people on bicycle.
The Southern province police spokesperson told this website that the injuries were immediately taken to Remera Rukoma Hospital for treatment.
Earlier President Paul Kagame urged traffic police to tighten road safety measure to curb accidents.
