{The Government of Rwanda has reviewed and updated its immigration visa regulations as provided by the law.

The New Visa will take effect from Nov. 1st 2014 as approved by the cabinet on 15th Oct. 2014.
Citizens of Hong Kong, Singapore, Mauritius and the Philippines will be able to enter Rwanda without visa for tourist activity for 90 days.
