Last Month Rwanda’s Commissioner General of Prisons said the inmates will sit for the exam which will allow them to continue for further studies.

It was expected that once the MOU is signed, 11 prisoners would sit for the P6 National Test while one would sit for O’level Test.
An official from MINEDUC told this website that RCS delayed the procedures which resulted in the postponement of this year’s Test for inmates.
He added that affected prisoners will do the test next year after the signing of the agreement between the two institutions.
