Rwanda earns over Rwf 200 million by auctioning its coffee through Internet

{Rwanda has earned Rwf 213 million from the sale of coffee through the Internet auction. }

This income is an increase of nearly 40 percent of the revenue gains last year in the same sales channels.

Rwandan Authorities say the revenue increased due to the improvement in the country’s coffee.

Moreover they urged the country’s farmers to continue to strengthen and improve their coffee to keep getting benefits from the coffee farming.

Farmers also were urged to respond to the country’s idea of the potential sale of their products via the Internet.
