This Website could not establish his name but Göran Häggblad in charge of war crimes confirmed to media that there has been an arrest.
He is suspected of participating in the 1994 Genocide against Tutsis.
According to Expressen, the man is 59 years old.
Another Rwandan, Stanislas Mbanenande, became the first in Sweden to be convicted of genocide crimes. The District Court found he participated in the murder of tens of thousands of people.
He was sentenced in June by the Svea Court to life imprisonment for the massacres in Rwanda.
