Kagame says No one has right to undermine Rwanda’s progress

{President Paul Kagame has said that all Rwandans are equal and there is no one who is above the law and no one should think it is within their right to undermine the progress of every Rwandan}

Kagame was, Friday 5th Sept, 2014, speaking at opening of judicial year.

He said that Rule of law is foundation of Rwanda’s sustainable development

“No one should think they are above the law regardless of the role they may have played in our history” He said

He commended the Justice sector saying that “It has made considerable progress in the last twenty years and we should build on this progress”
“Ensuring a fair justice system requires knowledge but most of all integrity” He added
