Ni Nyampinga – Inspiring Girls to fulfill their potential

{Ni Nyampinga Road show is currently underway as it continues to impress the girl child across the country, through fulfilling their potential.

The Road show kicked off last Wednesday on November 20th, 2013 in Ruhango district, located in the southern province of the country.

The main aim of this road show is to travel across Rwanda inspiring girls to fulfill their potential and creating awareness of Ni Nyampinga magazine.

The show will last for 10 days, and expected to end after cover ing 10 locations and five districts in some of the most hard-to-reach places in the country namely;
1. Gatsibo
2. Gakenke
3. Nyamasheke
4. Burera
5. Ruhango

With 90,000 copies of Ni Nyampinga magazines which are distributed four times per year and am sure we shall reach a lot of girls.

The road show features Ni Nyampinga Issue 8: “Nige Niyubake (The Best I Can Be), and encourages girls through the spirit of NI IYANJYE NAWE (It’s mine and yours).

Ni Nyampinga radio and magazine journalists all of whom are girls will be expected to bring the road show to life with music, dance, performance, and teen spirit.

NI NYAMPINGA MAGAZINE is composed of seven girl journalists aged 15-24 who write the magazine’s content. It is the most widely distributed publication in the country by 15 times with over 90,000 copies distributed in each quarter.
