40 Corruption Cases to Be cleared in a Week

About 40 corruption cases are expected to be cleared during Anti corruption week among Rwandan Courts between 11th February, and 15th February.

The Chief Justice Prof. Sam Rugege has said that cases of Corruption among Judges have reduced compared to the past.

He said during the same week in last year about 66 cases were cleared.
However, Prof. Rugege said that there is a problem of corruption cases that are not reported.

Last year’s campaign also saw eight judicial employees, including six judges, suspended on corruption-related cases.
