{A total of 21 people in Ngoma sector of Huye district were on Tuesday arrested by police as they watched match at FAAB during the commemoration week.}
They were held watching UEFA Champions Leagues when Real Madrid was playing with Wolfsburg and Manchester City vs Paris Saint Germain.
The spokesperson of police in Southern Province, CIP André Hakizimana, has told IGIHE that arrested were released as there is no law under which they would prosecuted.
Hakizimana said that those arrested watching match were advised to be guided by Rwanda’s moral values.
Various entertainment activities like concerts, songs and matches unrelated to commemoration are suspended during the genocide commemoration period.
