{{Two Rwandan judges have been suspended from duty in connection with committing serious offenses during their duties.}}
Those who were suspended are Nyiranzeye Saada of Nyakiriba Tribunal and Clerk Cleophas Twagirayezu from Nyarugenge Tribunal.
Kariwabo Charles, spokesman for the Courts and Tribunals of Rwanda told IGIHE that Nyiranzeye was dismissed for bad behaviour displayed inside and outside the court.
While Twagirayezu is accused of falsifying court’s decisions and changing sentence imposed by the judge so that the culprit was immediately released.
