The retreat officially launched by President Paul Kagame at Petit Stade Remera has drawn participants including all sector executive secretaries, Districts and City of Kigali council members, and executive committees, District Executive Secretaries, representatives of different institutions in districts and provincial governors.
The retreat is in line with ‘Umuturage ku Isonga’ (Citizens on top) programme which aims at prioritizing citizens interests in all government programmes. After the official launch, leaders will spend three days in FAWE Girls School located in Gasabo District.
The retreat will discuss different issues like service delivery, human security issues, accountability among different programmes.
