Under the agreement, more than one million metric tons of cassava chips would be exported to china in the next five years.
Ghana’s Ayensu Cassava Farmers Association (ACFA) has praised the Government of for signing the lucrative agreement.
George Dodd, chairman of the Association said the initiative would motivate Ghanaian cassava growers to increase their produce for export.
