Les pays vis\u00e9s de cette r\u00e9gion sont d\u2019une part le <span data-scaytid=\"1\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span>, le <span data-scaytid=\"4\" data-scayt_word=\"Burundi\">Burundi<\/span> et la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du <span data-scaytid=\"5\" data-scayt_word=\"Congo\">Congo<\/span> (<span data-scaytid=\"6\" data-scayt_word=\"RDC\">RDC<\/span>), <span data-scaytid=\"11\" data-scayt_word=\"l\u2019Ouganda\">l\u2019Ouganda<\/span> et le Sud Soudan d\u2019une autre part.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour ce fait, trois actions principales seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9es, selon des sources au sein des Nations Unies :<\/p>\n<p>1) Le 13 Mai 2011, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Nations Unies, Ban <span data-scaytid=\"12\" data-scayt_word=\"Ki\">Ki<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"13\" data-scayt_word=\"Moon\">Moon<\/span>, donnera au Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 de <span data-scaytid=\"14\" data-scayt_word=\"l\u2019ONU\">l\u2019ONU<\/span>&nbsp;le bilan&nbsp;sur les grandes questions en <span data-scaytid=\"7\" data-scayt_word=\"RDC\">RDC<\/span> et leur d\u00e9veloppement. Le sort de la <span data-scaytid=\"17\" data-scayt_word=\"MONUSCO\">MONUSCO<\/span> (Mission de <span data-scaytid=\"15\" data-scayt_word=\"l\u2019ONU\">l\u2019ONU<\/span> pour la stabilisation de la <span data-scaytid=\"8\" data-scayt_word=\"RDC\">RDC<\/span>) dont le mandat expire le 30 juin 2011 sera \u00e9voqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les espoirs du Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de <span data-scaytid=\"16\" data-scayt_word=\"l\u2019ONU\">l\u2019ONU<\/span> est de demander une extension du mandat de la <span data-scaytid=\"18\" data-scayt_word=\"MONUSCO\">MONUSCO<\/span> car leur pr\u00e9sence est n\u00e9cessaire au cours de la p\u00e9riode des \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles qui se tiendront \u00e0 la fin de 2012.<\/p>\n<p>2) A la mi-mai, 2011, l\u2019envoy\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial du Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Nations Unies sur les violences sexuelles dans le conflit, <span data-scaytid=\"19\" data-scayt_word=\"Margot\">Margot<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"20\" data-scayt_word=\"Wallstr\u00f6m\">Wallstr\u00f6m<\/span>, s\u2019adressera au comit\u00e9 des sanctions contre les violences sexuelles en <span data-scaytid=\"9\" data-scayt_word=\"RDC\">RDC<\/span>. Elle devra expliquer des actions en cours pour pr\u00e9venir la recrudescence des actes de viol dans l\u2019est de la <span data-scaytid=\"10\" data-scayt_word=\"RDC\">RDC<\/span>. Dans cette partie du pays s\u00e9vissent les rebelles <span data-scaytid=\"21\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandais\">rwandais<\/span> des <span data-scaytid=\"22\" data-scayt_word=\"FDLR\">FDLR<\/span> (Forces D\u00e9mocratiques de Lib\u00e9ration du <span data-scaytid=\"2\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span>), r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mis en cause dans des viols collectifs.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>3) Le 18 mai 2011, le <span data-scaytid=\"23\" data-scayt_word=\"panel\">panel<\/span> des experts <span data-scaytid=\"24\" data-scayt_word=\"ONU-RDC\">ONU-RDC<\/span> pr\u00e9sentera son rapport int\u00e9rimaire sur les groupes arm\u00e9s et l\u2019exploitation ill\u00e9gale des ressources naturelles.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin du mois de mai, les membres du conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des nations unies planifie de visiter les pays suivants&nbsp;: <span data-scaytid=\"25\" data-scayt_word=\"Kenya\">Kenya<\/span>, <span data-scaytid=\"26\" data-scayt_word=\"Ethiopie\">Ethiopie<\/span>,&nbsp;<span data-scaytid=\"27\" data-scayt_word=\"Khartoum\">Khartoum<\/span>&nbsp;et Sud Soudan. Le voyage vise \u00e0 en savoir plus sur ce qui se passera quand le Sud Soudan deviendra ind\u00e9pendant en juin 2011. Les membres du Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 visiteront <span data-scaytid=\"29\" data-scayt_word=\"Juba\">Juba<\/span>, <span data-scaytid=\"30\" data-scayt_word=\"Abyei\">Abyei<\/span> et <span data-scaytid=\"28\" data-scayt_word=\"Khartoum\">Khartoum<\/span>. Toutes ces villes sont <span data-scaytid=\"31\" data-scayt_word=\"soudanaises\">soudanaises<\/span>. Rappelons que le <span data-scaytid=\"3\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> a envoy\u00e9 plusieurs milliers au sein des casques bleus en place actuellement au Soudan.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le soudan la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation sera conduite par les <span data-scaytid=\"32\" data-scayt_word=\"Etats\">Etats<\/span> Unies <span data-scaytid=\"33\" data-scayt_word=\"tandis\">tandis<\/span> que dans d\u2019autres pays c\u2019est le Royaume-Uni et la France qui prendront la t\u00eate de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mois de mai 2011 c\u2019est la France qui pr\u00e9side le Conseil de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Nations Unies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Nations Unies a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019atteler ce mois de mai 2011 aux probl\u00e8mes de l\u2019Afrique et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs.
