Ces parlementaires sont membres du comit\u00e9 pour les droits de l\u2019Homme et de l\u2019Aide Humanitaire au Bundestag, le Parlement allemand.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><\/p>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9l\u00e9gation allemande est compos\u00e9e de cinq parlementaires issus de plusieurs partis politiques de leur pays.<\/p>\n<p>Ces parlemantaires sont : Christoph Straesser et Ullrich Messmer du Parti Social D\u00e9mocratique de l\u2019Allemagne, Michael Brand et Dr. Egon Juettner de l\u2019Union Chr\u00e9tienne D\u00e9mocrate, ainsi que Marina Schuster du Parti D\u00e9mocratique Libre.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019ordre du jour, des discussions avec les membres du parlement et du s\u00e9nat <span data-scaytid=\"46\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandais\">rwandais<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Les parlementaires allemands \u00e9changeront avec le ministre de la justice, <span data-scaytid=\"47\" data-scayt_word=\"Tharcisse\">Tharcisse<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"48\" data-scayt_word=\"Karugarama\">Karugarama<\/span>, le ministre des for\u00eats et mines <span data-scaytid=\"49\" data-scayt_word=\"Christophe\">Christophe<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"50\" data-scayt_word=\"Bazivamo\">Bazivamo<\/span> et <span data-scaytid=\"51\" data-scayt_word=\"l\u2019Ombusdman\">l\u2019Ombusdman<\/span> du <span data-scaytid=\"52\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> ,<span data-scaytid=\"53\" data-scayt_word=\"Tito\">Tito<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"54\" data-scayt_word=\"Rutaremara\">Rutaremara<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9vu une rencontre avec la Commission Nationale des Droits de l\u2019Homme et une visite au site m\u00e9morial de <span data-scaytid=\"55\" data-scayt_word=\"Gisozi\">Gisozi<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation parlementaire visitera mercredi la mine de Wolfram \u00e0 Gifurwe dans la province du Nord et ensuite se rendra dans le district de Rubavu \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re avec la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) avant de franchir la fronti\u00e8re pour continuer leur tourn\u00e9e dans ce pays.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>500 <span data-scaytid=”3″ data-scayt_word=”Internal“>Internal<\/span> <span data-scaytid=”5″ data-scayt_word=”Server“>Server<\/span> <span data-scaytid=”8″ data-scayt_word=”Error“>Error<\/span> Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des parlementaires allemands est attendue ce soir au Rwanda pour une visite de 2 jours.
