L\u2019attitude et les prises de position de ce dernier pendant et apr\u00e8s le g\u00e9nocide des <span data-scaytid=\"24\" data-scayt_word=\"Tutsi\">Tutsi<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"26\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandais\">rwandais<\/span> sont qualifi\u00e9es d\u2019\u00ab&nbsp;insultantes&nbsp;\u00bb par les <span data-scaytid=\"28\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwandais\">Rwandais<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9but avril, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la <span data-scaytid=\"31\" data-scayt_word=\"17\u00e8me\">17\u00e8me<\/span> comm\u00e9moration du g\u00e9nocide des <span data-scaytid=\"25\" data-scayt_word=\"Tutsi\">Tutsi<\/span>, <span data-scaytid=\"14\" data-scayt_word=\"Alain\">Alain<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"18\" data-scayt_word=\"Jupp\u00e9\">Jupp\u00e9<\/span> a voulu d\u00e9tendre l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re en adressant un message \u00e0 son homologue <span data-scaytid=\"32\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandaise\">rwandaise<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"33\" data-scayt_word=\"Louise\">Louise<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"34\" data-scayt_word=\"Mushikiwabo\">Mushikiwabo<\/span>. Dans ce message M.&nbsp;<span data-scaytid=\"19\" data-scayt_word=\"Jupp\u00e9\">Jupp\u00e9<\/span> estime que \u00ab&nbsp;la France se tient du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des <span data-scaytid=\"29\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwandais\">Rwandais<\/span> et partage leur souffrance. La France est engag\u00e9e dans le devoir de justice, de m\u00e9moire et de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 qui doivent aller de pair (\u2026). Nous serons au c\u00f4t\u00e9 du <span data-scaytid=\"9\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> dans le futur, la France veut \u00eatre un partenaire du <span data-scaytid=\"10\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span>&nbsp;\u00bb. <span data-scaytid=\"15\" data-scayt_word=\"Alain\">Alain<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"20\" data-scayt_word=\"Jupp\u00e9\">Jupp\u00e9<\/span> aurait \u00e9galement invit\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident <span data-scaytid=\"4\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span> \u00e0 se rendre \u00e0 Paris en visite officielle en juillet prochain, selon \u00ab&nbsp;Jeune Afrique&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lors de son <span data-scaytid=\"35\" data-scayt_word=\"recent\">recent<\/span> entretien avec \u00ab&nbsp;Jeune Afrique&nbsp;\u00bb, le pr\u00e9sident <span data-scaytid=\"5\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span> ne semble pas se satisfaire de ce message du ministre fran\u00e7ais en affirmant maintenir ces critiques du d\u00e9but avril en d\u00e9pit de ce message apaisant <span data-scaytid=\"36\" data-scayt_word=\"d\u2019Alain\">d\u2019Alain<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"21\" data-scayt_word=\"Jupp\u00e9\">Jupp\u00e9<\/span>. \u00ab&nbsp;Je ne retire pas un mot de ce que j\u2019ai dit, avant que ce message nous parvienne&nbsp;\u00bb, dit <span data-scaytid=\"2\" data-scayt_word=\"Paul\">Paul<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"38\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagam\u00e9\">Kagam\u00e9<\/span>. \u00ab&nbsp;S\u2019il y a de sa part une approche diff\u00e9rente du <span data-scaytid=\"11\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> et une \u00e9valuation nouvelle de la situation, nous examinerons cela&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident <span data-scaytid=\"6\" data-scayt_word=\"Kagame\">Kagame<\/span> avait estim\u00e9 d\u00e9but avril que les <span data-scaytid=\"30\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwandais\">Rwandais<\/span> avaient \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 insult\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb par l\u2019attitude et les prises de position <span data-scaytid=\"37\" data-scayt_word=\"d\u2019Alain\">d\u2019Alain<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"22\" data-scayt_word=\"Jupp\u00e9\">Jupp\u00e9<\/span> qui, pendant le g\u00e9nocide, occupait les m\u00eames fonctions de ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res qu\u2019actuellement. Il avait dans le m\u00eame temps salu\u00e9 les \u00ab&nbsp;efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb par le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais, <span data-scaytid=\"39\" data-scayt_word=\"Nicolas\">Nicolas<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"40\" data-scayt_word=\"Sarkozy\">Sarkozy<\/span>, pour am\u00e9liorer les relations entre le <span data-scaytid=\"12\" data-scayt_word=\"Rwanda\">Rwanda<\/span> et la France.<\/p>\n<p>Estimant que la France ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 <span data-scaytid=\"16\" data-scayt_word=\"Alain\">Alain<\/span> <span data-scaytid=\"23\" data-scayt_word=\"Jupp\u00e9\">Jupp\u00e9<\/span>, le num\u00e9ro un <span data-scaytid=\"27\" data-scayt_word=\"rwandais\">rwandais<\/span> a tenu \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que le ministre fran\u00e7ais n\u2019est pas un obstacle \u00e0 une future visite \u2013la sienne- en France.
