Le pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame n\u2019a jamais fait myst\u00e8re de son soutien aux op\u00e9rations militaires de la communaut\u00e9 internationale visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la population libyenne menac\u00e9e par l\u2019arm\u00e9e du guide libyen. \u00ab&nbsp;Quand un pouvoir tue son propre peuple, cela nous concerne tous&nbsp;\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame dans une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 Jeune Afrique num\u00e9ro 2625, du 1er au 7 mai 2011. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Union africaine tient ce vendredi \u00e0 Addis Abeba un &#8220;mini-sommet&#8221; consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la situation en Libye, au niveau de son Conseil de paix et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, avec la participation notamment des pr\u00e9sidents sud-africain et ougandais Jacob Zuma et Yoweri Museveni. Le Rwanda&nbsp;y est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9&nbsp;par son premier ministre, Bernard Makuza.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019UA, historiquement proche de Kadhafi, a propos\u00e9 tout au long de la crise libyenne une m\u00e9diation fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019instauration d\u2019un dialogue entre bellig\u00e9rants, mais cette offre a \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9e par le CNT qui faisait du d\u00e9part du d\u00e9sormais ex-num\u00e9ro un libyen un pr\u00e9alable. Le pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame avait \u00e9t\u00e9 parmi les premiers dirigeants africains \u00e0 critiquer ouvertement le gouvernement libyen d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la crise.
