Cette d\u00e9cision, annonc\u00e9e par sa famille, marque un tournant important dans une affaire judiciaire suivie de pr\u00e8s en France et en Alg\u00e9rie, et ouvre la voie \u00e0 une \u00e9ventuelle gr\u00e2ce du pr\u00e9sident Abdelmadjid Tebboune.<\/p>\n

Christophe Gleizes, collaborateur des magazines So Foot et Society, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 sept ans de r\u00e9clusion pour des accusations li\u00e9es notamment \u00e0 \u00ab l\u2019apologie du terrorisme \u00bb et \u00e0 la d\u00e9tention de documents jug\u00e9s sensibles par les autorit\u00e9s alg\u00e9riennes.<\/p>\n

Selon plusieurs sources judiciaires et m\u00e9diatiques, cette condamnation a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e en appel en d\u00e9cembre 2025, apr\u00e8s un premier jugement prononc\u00e9 en 2024\u20132025 selon les proc\u00e9dures locales.<\/p>\n

Le journaliste avait \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 en mai 2024 alors qu\u2019il se trouvait en Alg\u00e9rie pour un reportage sur le club de football de la Jeunesse sportive de Kabylie (JSK).<\/p>\n

Il est \u00e9galement reproch\u00e9 \u00e0 Christophe Gleizes des contacts avec des personnes li\u00e9es au Mouvement pour l\u2019autod\u00e9termination de la Kabylie (MAK), une organisation class\u00e9e par Alger comme groupe interdit, ce que sa d\u00e9fense conteste en invoquant un travail journalistique classique.<\/p>\n

Selon sa famille, le journaliste a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de retirer son recours devant la Cour supr\u00eame alg\u00e9rienne, dans l\u2019espoir de favoriser une issue politique plut\u00f4t que judiciaire.<\/p>\n

Sa m\u00e8re, Sylvie Godard, a expliqu\u00e9 que son fils \u00ab s\u2019en remet totalement \u00e0 la cl\u00e9mence du pr\u00e9sident Tebboune \u00bb, qualifiant ce geste de \u00ab symbolique et fort \u00bb.<\/p>\n
