Dans ce glissement progressif, la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 aux id\u00e9es c\u00e8de devant l\u2019attrait de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate et la coh\u00e9rence doctrinale se trouve rel\u00e9gu\u00e9e au rang de variable secondaire. <\/p>\n<p>Il en r\u00e9sulte une \u00e9rosion insidieuse de la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 politique, car la confiance collective ne saurait durablement s\u2019accommoder de positions sans cesse recompos\u00e9es au rythme des int\u00e9r\u00eats du moment. <\/p>\n<p>Le revirement du d\u00e9put\u00e9 Willy Mishiki, pass\u00e9 d\u2019un soutien affich\u00e9 aux Wazalendo \u00e0 une d\u00e9nonciation brutale de ces m\u00eames forces qu\u2019il qualifie d\u00e9sormais de \u00ab miliciens \u00bb appel\u00e9s \u00e0 la neutralisation, illustre avec une acuit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re les fluctuations parfois d\u00e9routantes de la parole politique. <\/p>\n<p>Une telle inflexion, d\u2019autant plus remarqu\u00e9e qu\u2019elle intervient apr\u00e8s son \u00e9viction du groupe auquel il \u00e9tait associ\u00e9, met en lumi\u00e8re une dynamique r\u00e9currente au sein de la classe politique congolaise : celle d\u2019une plasticit\u00e9 discursive o\u00f9 les positions id\u00e9ologiques semblent trop souvent subordonn\u00e9es aux contingences personnelles et aux recompositions d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n<p>Ce type de retournement, loin d\u2019\u00eatre isol\u00e9, s\u2019inscrit dans une culture politique o\u00f9 la constance doctrinale c\u00e8de fr\u00e9quemment le pas \u00e0 des logiques d\u2019opportunit\u00e9. Les engagements d\u2019hier, port\u00e9s avec vigueur et conviction apparente, se trouvent ainsi reni\u00e9s avec une c\u00e9l\u00e9rit\u00e9 d\u00e9concertante d\u00e8s lors que les \u00e9quilibres de positionnement \u00e9voluent. Il en r\u00e9sulte une fragilisation de la parole publique, dont la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 se trouve affect\u00e9e par cette impression persistante d\u2019instabilit\u00e9 et de calcul.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du cas individuel, c\u2019est donc une probl\u00e9matique plus structurelle qui se dessine : celle d\u2019un espace politique o\u00f9 la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 aux causes proclam\u00e9es appara\u00eet souvent secondaire face \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019avantages imm\u00e9diats, qu\u2019ils soient symboliques, institutionnels ou mat\u00e9riels. <\/p>\n<p>Dans un tel contexte, la confiance du public s\u2019\u00e9rode, non pas tant en raison des divergences d\u2019opinion, inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 toute d\u00e9mocratie vivante, mais en raison de la perception d\u2019une volatilit\u00e9 excessive des convictions.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi se trouve pos\u00e9e, en filigrane, une question essentielle : celle de la valeur r\u00e9elle des engagements politiques lorsqu\u2019ils semblent pouvoir \u00eatre invers\u00e9s avec une telle promptitude.
