Qu\u2019elles aient choisi de s\u2019exprimer en tshiluba, langue maternelle du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, ne rel\u00e8ve ni de l\u2019anecdote ni du simple symbole : c\u2019est un geste d\u2019une port\u00e9e politique et \u00e9thique consid\u00e9rable. <\/p>\n<p>Par ce choix, elles abolissent toute distance linguistique, refusent toute \u00e9chappatoire \u00e0 l\u2019incompr\u00e9hension, et placent leur cri au plus pr\u00e8s de la conscience m\u00eame de celui \u00e0 qui il est destin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce geste est d\u2019autant plus saisissant qu\u2019il s\u2019inscrit dans une s\u00e9quence de mobilisation transnationale d\u2019une ampleur remarquable. Apr\u00e8s les rassemblements puissants au Kenya, l\u2019\u00e9lan de solidarit\u00e9 exprim\u00e9 \u00e0 Londres, puis la mar\u00e9e humaine observ\u00e9e \u00e0 Washington, c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais depuis le Canada que s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve cette parole, grave et r\u00e9solue.<\/p>\n<p>A travers ces manifestations, une diaspora longtemps dispers\u00e9e se constitue en sujet politique, articulant une m\u00e9moire commune et une exigence de reconnaissance face \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle d\u00e9signe comme une entreprise d\u2019\u00e9puration ethnique dans les Hauts Plateaux. Loin de toute agitation circonstancielle, cette mobilisation dessine les contours d\u2019une conscience collective en \u00e9veil, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 inscrire sa cause dans l\u2019espace public international.<\/p>\n<p>{{De la d\u00e9nonciation \u00e0 l\u2019exigence de justice : une interpellation qui ne saurait \u00eatre ignor\u00e9e}}<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui se joue ici d\u00e9passe de loin le registre de la plainte. Les femmes Banyamulenge, en prenant la parole, ne se contentent pas de relater des souffrances ; elles formulent une accusation grave, articul\u00e9e autour de la persistance de violences cibl\u00e9es et d\u2019un sentiment d\u2019abandon institutionnel. Leur discours, empreint de dignit\u00e9 et de retenue, n\u2019en est que plus redoutable : il oblige \u00e0 regarder en face une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 que les logiques diplomatiques et les calculs politiques tendent trop souvent \u00e0 diluer.<\/p>\n<p>A cet \u00e9gard, leur appel ne s\u2019adresse pas uniquement aux autorit\u00e9s congolaises, mais \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 internationale, trop souvent prompte \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9mouvoir sans agir. Car il ne suffit plus d\u2019\u00e9couter ; il faut entendre. Il ne suffit plus de reconna\u00eetre ; il faut r\u00e9pondre. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019histoire r\u00e9cente a d\u00e9montr\u00e9, \u00e0 maintes reprises, que l\u2019indiff\u00e9rence ou la minimisation des violences \u00e0 caract\u00e8re ethnique constituent les premiers jalons de trag\u00e9dies irr\u00e9versibles.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, la parole des femmes Banyamulenge s\u2019impose aujourd\u2019hui comme une \u00e9preuve de v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Elle met au d\u00e9fi les responsables politiques, les institutions r\u00e9gionales et les acteurs internationaux de sortir des ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s et des prudences calcul\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>Car dans cette parole, il y a plus qu\u2019un t\u00e9moignage : il y a une exigence.
