L\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9, pour sa part, conteste fermement les accusations et demeure, \u00e0 ce stade, plac\u00e9 sous le r\u00e9gime fondamental de la pr\u00e9somption d\u2019innocence. <\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du cas personnel, cette affaire r\u00e9v\u00e8le une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 structurelle : celle de l\u2019extr\u00eame vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des industries culturelles contemporaines face aux m\u00e9canismes sophistiqu\u00e9s de blanchiment, d\u2019interm\u00e9diation opaque ou de montage financier complexe. <\/p>\n<p>Les artistes \u00e0 forte visibilit\u00e9 internationale \u00e9voluent souvent dans un environnement contractuel fragment\u00e9, o\u00f9 les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de production, les agents, les structures de droits et les partenaires financiers s\u2019entrecroisent dans une architecture difficilement lisible pour les non-initi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans cet entre-deux, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re du licite et du simplement mal encadr\u00e9, que s\u2019inscrivent les suspicions contemporaines. Mais la prudence demeure essentielle : la m\u00e9diatisation d\u2019une enqu\u00eate ne saurait se substituer \u00e0 la rigueur du jugement.
