Selon une information communiqu\u00e9e dans la soir\u00e9e du 20 mars 2026 par le bureau du Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, cette rencontre s\u2019est tenue autour d\u2019un d\u00e9jeuner offert par le couple pr\u00e9sidentiel en l\u2019honneur de cette d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.<\/p>\n

Conduite par Francine LeFrak, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation est compos\u00e9e de personnalit\u00e9s en visite au Rwanda pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Elle rassemble des responsables issus de divers secteurs, notamment l\u2019\u00e9ducation, l\u2019immobilier, le droit, les arts, la finance, les m\u00e9dias, la technologie ainsi que des acteurs engag\u00e9s dans des initiatives philanthropiques.<\/p>\n

Selon une publication sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux : \u00ab Les invit\u00e9s ont visit\u00e9 le Rwanda dans le but de mieux comprendre, de mani\u00e8re approfondie, son histoire, le processus de reconstruction du pays apr\u00e8s le g\u00e9nocide perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 contre les Tutsi, le d\u00e9veloppement de sa population ainsi que son mod\u00e8le de gouvernance inclusive. \u00bb<\/p>\n

La Fondation Francine LeFrak est une organisation engag\u00e9e dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des populations, notamment \u00e0 travers la lutte contre l\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9. Elle apporte \u00e9galement un soutien aux survivants du g\u00e9nocide perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 contre les Tutsi au Rwanda, ainsi qu\u2019aux initiatives li\u00e9es \u00e0 la justice.<\/p>\n

Fond\u00e9e en 2009, cette organisation accompagne chaque ann\u00e9e des milliers de femmes et investit dans divers projets visant \u00e0 renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s, notamment dans les domaines de l\u2019\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re, de l\u2019entrepreneuriat, des technologies de l\u2019information et de l\u2019artisanat, entre autres.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, la fondation accorde des subventions financi\u00e8res destin\u00e9es \u00e0 aider les femmes \u00e0 surmonter les obstacles qui entravent leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n
