Parmi les projets phares, Heza Estate \u00e0 Batsinda, District de Gasabo, proposera 548 logements, comprenant appartements de deux et trois chambres ainsi que maisons en rang\u00e9e, pour un co\u00fbt de 14,5 milliards de francs rwandais. Le projet Nyabisindu, \u00e9galement \u00e0 Gasabo, comprendra 1\u202f639 logements sur 38,54 hectares, rempla\u00e7ant des habitats informels par 58 blocs r\u00e9sidentiels pour un montant total de 42 milliards de francs.<\/p>\n

Le gouvernement pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement la construction de 296 maisons pour les survivants du g\u00e9nocide contre les Tutsi de 1994 (5,4 milliards de francs) et la reconstruction d\u2019environ 2\u202f300 logements d\u00e9truits par des catastrophes naturelles (11 milliards de francs). Ces logements varieront entre appartements \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tages et maisons en rang\u00e9e, combinant modernit\u00e9 et accessibilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Selon la Politique nationale r\u00e9vis\u00e9e d\u2019urbanisation, le Rwanda vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante en logements tout en modernisant ses infrastructures urbaines, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019agenda Vision 2025. D\u2019ici 2050, le pays estime avoir besoin d\u2019au moins 5,5 millions de logements pour une population projet\u00e9e de 22,1 millions d\u2019habitants.<\/p>\n

Le budget pr\u00e9voit aussi des projets compl\u00e9mentaires\u202f: la r\u00e9habilitation des quartiers informels de Mpazi, Gatenga, Nyabisindu et Nyagatovu dans le cadre du programme RUDP II, la r\u00e9novation des b\u00e2timents publics, l\u2019installation de gazon synth\u00e9tique au Stade de Huye, la construction de 80 ponts modernes, ainsi que la r\u00e9habilitation des zones humides et la ma\u00eetrise des zones inondables \u00e0 Kigali, notamment \u00e0 Rwandex, Gisozi, Kinyinya, Rugunga et Rwampara.<\/p>\n

Enfin, le gouvernement investit dans la formation de 600 partenaires pour renforcer la gestion urbaine et garantir le respect des normes de construction \u00e0 travers tous les districts.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre du budget national 2025\/26, le Gouvernement du Rwanda poursuit sa politique de logements abordables et de d\u00e9veloppement urbain moderne.
