Cette plateforme est con\u00e7ue comme un forum pratique visant \u00e0 co-concevoir de nouveaux mod\u00e8les d\u2019apprentissage, avec des sessions explorant comment l\u2019intelligence artificielle et les technologies exponentielles peuvent \u00eatre exploit\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re responsable afin d\u2019\u00e9largir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les discussions portent \u00e9galement sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration des enjeux de sant\u00e9 humaine et de durabilit\u00e9 environnementale dans les parcours d\u2019apprentissage tout au long de la vie. L\u2019adaptation des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs aux besoins de l\u2019\u00e9conomie verte et de l\u2019entrepreneuriat figure aussi parmi les th\u00e8mes annonc\u00e9s, de m\u00eame que les m\u00e9canismes de financement de l\u2019\u00e9ducation impliquant les gouvernements, les organisations non gouvernementales et le secteur priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, un hackathon d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle et une comp\u00e9tition de robotique destin\u00e9e aux \u00e9tudiants sont pr\u00e9vus afin d\u2019impliquer de jeunes participants dans les r\u00e9flexions sur l\u2019avenir de l\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n

En marge de la conf\u00e9rence, le Pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame a re\u00e7u mercredi des dirigeants d\u2019institutions internationales et des fondateurs d\u2019organisations pionni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9l\u00e9gation comprenait le Prof. Subra Suresh, fondateur et pr\u00e9sident du Global Learning Council ; Michelle Gyles-McDonnough, directrice ex\u00e9cutive de l\u2019Institut des Nations Unies pour la formation et la recherche (UNITAR) ; le Dr Lee Howell, directeur ex\u00e9cutif du Villars Institute ; ainsi que le Dr Gururaj Deshpande, cofondateur de la Deshpande Foundation.<\/p>\n

Chaque intervenant apporte une expertise reconnue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale. Le Prof. Subra Suresh est salu\u00e9 pour ses initiatives pionni\u00e8res en mati\u00e8re d\u2019apprentissage mondial et de politique scientifique. Michelle Gyles-McDonnough est, quant \u00e0 elle, engag\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles approches en mati\u00e8re de formation, de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et d\u2019\u00e9ducation au d\u00e9veloppement durable au sein de l\u2019UNITAR.<\/p>\n

De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le Dr Lee Howell met l\u2019accent sur la durabilit\u00e9 environnementale et le changement syst\u00e9mique \u00e0 travers les travaux du Villars Institute, tandis que le Dr Gururaj Deshpande est reconnu pour son engagement en faveur de l\u2019entrepreneuriat et de l\u2019innovation \u00e9ducative via la Deshpande Foundation.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ouverture officielle de la conf\u00e9rence doit r\u00e9unir \u00e0 Kigali des responsables publics, des universitaires, des repr\u00e9sentants d\u2019organisations internationales, des acteurs du secteur priv\u00e9 et des \u00e9tudiants autour des enjeux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs.<\/p>\n
